General Director of OAO “Volga” Dmitriy Donchenko made an official statement

  «Because of decreasing the prices for newsprint on the world market is lower of prime cost the final products and increasing the price for the main raw material (cellulose). Open joint-stock company “Volga” should decrease capacity and from April 13 to update three paper machines in department №2 for rebuild” – informed General Director Dmitriy Donchenko. Purpose of planned rebuild is to change technology of feeding raw material to production. Cellulose is planned to change thermomechanical paper pulp without chemical additives which will improve quality properties of the product and to give newsprint special glaze.

PRODUCTION OF CELLULOSE ON INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY

Production of cellulose on innovation technology is started on Bryansk branch of OAO “Group Ilim”.
Press media of     Department of Education and Science informed according to the project “Science”. Specific of raw basis of wood processing industry makes standard technology of preparation cellulose is not effective because the most important forest forming species of Russia in Siberia and Far East is larch tree. Process of larch tree cooking is difficult because of it high density and high content in it water-soluble constituent of arabinogalactan. 

ZAO “PROLETARIY” REALIZES PROJECT ON 1,5 MLD.RUB.

There was a big meeting  about the issues of rebuild BM-5 on ZAO “Proletariy”, local economic mainstay. Member of Bryansk region duma from Surazh district Nicolay Patov took part in this meeting. “Proletariy” is the oldest Russian factory for board production.  The factory could undergo crisis time. Today “Proletariy” occupies about 7% of Russian board market. “Proletariy” deliveries its products not only in Russia but also near abroad countries. The factory produces 100 000 ton of the board per year and pays to budget more than 200 mln.rub. But “Proletariy” can produce more.

GROUP OF FACTORIES “PTSBK” STARTED NEW PRODUCTION LINE

12 February Permskaya pulp and paper factory started up new line for production of difficult boxes. Line ASAHIwithproduction sheets/hwillincreasethe capacity of the factory and will provide additional to 1,5mln. m2 of quality products per month.
New capacity is because of growing requirements of the market in the boxes of difficult cutting. Factory is in step with the times and with the start - up of line ASAHI, it is ready to satisfy the requirements of the market of corrugated packaging. 

THE FIRST RUSSIAN AND CHINESE WOOD PROCESSING PLANT

Deputy prime minister of the government of Russian Federation Arkadiy Dvorkovich and governer of Momskaya region Sergei Zhvachkin opened the first from ten plants of forest processing Park in town Asino. As it was informed in press of regional Forestry department it is the biggest investment project. Chinese partners will invest in this project more 30 mld.rub.
Plant for production of crossbar was started up by company “RosKitInvest”, it is subsidiary enterprise of Chinese company AVIC Forestry.  It is one of ten plants of big project of region forest park.
